Speed up your reading and prolong your concentration
Disclaimer: The resolution below is concluded from my trial and error.
I use this resolution when I want to read many books.
I am not sure that this resolution will work for everyone or there will be any side effects or not.

I use the following three steps to speed up my reading and prolong my concentration.
1)Practice reading every five characters per second.
2)If there some parts of my thought try to distract me, I use the counting pattern below.

1,2,3,3,2,1,1;
1,2,3,3,2,1,2;
1,2,3,3,2,1,3;
1,2,3,3,2,1,3;
1,2,3,3,2,1,2;
1,2,3,3,2,1,1

3)If some parts of my thought still distract me even after I stop reading
, I take one breathe, and then count one number of the counting pattern above
In other words, I take 42 breaths because there are 42 numbers in the counting pattern above.
